Bascharage and Kordall Steelers are the leaders after 6 game days

A complete game day was played in the men’s National 2 this weekeend.

On Saturday, Bascharage won the top game against Zolwer by 14 points, 90:76. Greg Logins (picture) scored 30 points while Aziz Ndiaye added 22 points in the team’s home win. Bascharage stays on top of the standings with 5 wins and 1 loss while Zolwer has a balanced record after 6 games (3:3).


Next to Bascharage, the Kordall Steelers are on top of the standings with a 5:1 record after this weekend. The team around Max Schmit had 5 players with 11+ points and knocked down 12 « 3-pointers » while Barkley led the team with 34 points in their 94:86 win over Gréngewald. The greens stay in a good position with a 4:2 record.

On Sunday, BC Mess won a close game 82:80 against Black Star Mersch. Camps (31) and Coleman (27) had a strong game while Maxime Sunnen added 15 points. Mersch lacked scoring options next to Morris (35 points) and Hassan (27). While Mess imrpoves its record to 2:4, Black Star now has a 1:5 record.

Avanti Mondorf has 4 wins after 6 game days. The team of coach Philip Dejworek cruised past Mamer on Sunday, the final score was 109:71, 4 players scored 13+ points for Mondorf. Billy McDaniel had more than half of Mamer’s points with 36, the team stays winless on the bottom of the standings.
