The first game day of the 2023/24 LBBL season continued on Sunday.
Mambra Mamer – Kordall Steelers 105:92
– Nelson Larkins scored 31 points, Antunio Bivins added 29 as Mamer won a high-scoring game
– Max Schmit led Kordall with 29 points
Basket Esch – Amicale Steinsel 59:62
– It was a low scoring game in the first half, Joé Biever gave Esch a 3-point lead with a buzzer beater at the break (video)
– Esch had the lead in the final quarter, but Amicale turned the game around with a late run, one 3-pointer by Scott Morton and 2 3-point-shots by Bob Melcher, including the buzzer beater to win the game! (video)

Basket Esch – Amicale Steinsel 49:82
– 4 Amicale-players scored in double digits, Alexia Allesch led the guests with 23 points
AS Zolwer – AB Contern 58:91
– Karly Murphy and Francesca Wurtz combined for 60 points to lead Contern to a rout on the road
