Gréngewald and Bascharage stay on top of the league

The 11th game day was played in the men’s National 2 this week.

Zolwer (5:6) loses contact to the top teams in the standings with this loss.

Co-Leader Bascharage won a close game on the road in Monnerich, 86:79 against BC Mess. 5 guest-players scored in double digits as Ndiaye led his team with 22 points. Coleman had a game-high 27 points as Mess drops to 4:7, the top 3 spots are far out of reach for the team at this moment. Bascharage stays on top of the league with a 9:2 record.

Next to Bascharage, Gréngewald stays on top of the league as well after a 75:68 home win against Mamer. The greens were led Barnes (18) and Overwater (18) while Ted Schleimer scored 15 points, Breuskin (11) and Jander (10) scored in double digits as well.

The Kordall Steeelers won 102:98 on the road in Mersch in a game that was decided in the final seconds. Oberweiser (30), Barkley (26) and Max Schmit (20) points were crucial for the guests that overcame a game high 38 points by Hassan while Pit Hansen added 21 points. The Steelers remain in touch with the co-leading duo.
