On Wednesday evening, Gréngewald Hueschtert hosted Casademont Zaragoza for the third game in group I of the FIBA women’s EuroCup competition.
After a strong start by the guests (17:5 lead after 4 minutes), Gréngewald reacted well and played at eye level until the break. Samantha Logic scored 13 points in the first two quarters and the hosts were able to win the second quarter 16:13. After 20 minutes, the guests from Spain led 35:29.
In the second half, Zaragoza came out strong and extended the lead. Gréngewald managed to keep the deficit under the 30-point-mark and finally lost this game 54:81.
Samantha Logic led Gréngewald with 18 points, Dejza James added 17 points.
