Hämäläinen and Grosber compete at NBA basketball without borders Europe

Great honor for 2 players from Luxembourg. Isa Hämäläinen (17), who joined Amicale Steinsel this summer, as well as Dorian Grosber (17), who is part of the extended roster of Alba Berlin in Germany, will compete at the prestigious basketball camp NBA without borders Europe. In total, 40 female and 40 male players are invited to the camp.

The 20th edition of Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Europe will be held in Poland (Wroclaw) from August 25th until August 27th. BWB Europe 2023 will bring together the top high-school-age prospects from across Europe to learn directly from current and former FIBA, NBA and WNBA players, legends and coaches, including San Antonio Spurs forward Jeremy Sochan (Poland) and former WNBA player Ruth Riley (U.S.).

We wish both of our players best of luck and hope that they have a great experience at the camp.

This summer, Isa Hamalainen was voted into the All Star starting 5 at the U18 European Championship (Division B), a tournament that Luxembourg finished in second place, the best result ever by a youth national team from our country. Ehi Etute (T71) was named MVP of the tournament.
