Men’s Senior national team is in a training camp in Valencia

Our men’s Senior national team is in a training camp in Valencia in order to prepare the upcoming FIBA 2029 Eurobasket pre-qualifiers games in July .

National team head coach Ken Diederich notes that this camp in Valencia is „an extremely important part of our preparation. We have 7 practices and 1 game on the schedule. We have several new young guys on the team and therefore this camp will be very helpful as a team, we are in the middle of a generational change in the national team. The facility in Valencia is amazing, one of the best in Europe. Our focus is on working hard and learning, the goal is to prepare and win the next games in July. The first game against Azerbaijan will be a « semi final », if we can win that game a potential final showdown awaits against North Macedonia. »
