Over the last days, the U16 women played the EYBL tournament in Estonia.

Betrank Valmieras (Latvia) – CFBB U16W 49-39
CFBB U16W – BK Lokomotiva Sered (SLV) 49-43
CFBB U16W – HBA PHYK ( Finnland) 53-33
Our girls were able to win 3 out of 5 games.
Coaching staff:
„It was a very well organized tournament where we played five games against international opponents. The games showed us what we still have to work on and where we are at the moment. The girls showed a very good attitude and were very disciplined on and off the court.
We still have big difficulties with our opponents’ aggressive and physical way of playing, and we can experience this only by participating in such tournaments. It was a very good experience for our young players.“
Joyce Etute was elected into the All Star team and Lena Schalbar was selected as strongest player of the FLBB squad.
