The Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Basketball (FLBB) is pleased to announce the arrival of two new members to its administrative team: Pascale Weiwers as Competition Manager and Julie Nilles as Project Manager.
These appointments mark an important step in the continued professionalisation of the federation and in strengthening the support provided to our clubs, one of the FLBB’s core priorities.
Pascale Weiwers joins the federation as Competition Manager, taking responsibility for the organisation and administration of national competitions and regulatory matters.
Her responsibilities will include:
Her role will be central in ensuring the smooth, consistent and professional running of competitions, while providing clear guidance and support to clubs.
Julie Nilles joins the federation as Project Manager, with a broad role supporting both the development of key projects and the federation’s marketing and communication activities.

A particular focus will be placed on strengthening engagement and enhancing support for clubs through more accessible, transparent and user-friendly processes.
As basketball in Luxembourg continues to grow, so do the expectations and needs of our clubs. Strengthening our internal structure is essential to better accompany them in their development, whether through clearer regulations, improved communication or more efficient administrative processes.
The arrival of Pascale and Julie reflects the FLBB’s ambition to evolve into an even more service-oriented organisation, placing clubs and their needs at the centre of its actions.
