T71 ends 3-game losing streak, beats Heffingen 81:79

T71 Dudelange has ended its 3-game losing streak on Friday evening and was able to beat Heffingen on the road.

– After a balanced first quarter, the guests took control of the game in the second quarter (29:14) and led by 19 points at the break (33:52), but Heffingen stormed back in the third quarter (29:13) and it became a close game in the final quarter
– Jimmie Taylor hit a jump shot with 30 seconds remaining (video) and made 2 free throws to ice the game
– All 5 T71-starters scored 10+ points, Taylor led the team with 23 points
– T71 will enter the winter break with a 10:4 record, Heffingen is the last placed team in the league with 1 win and 13 losses
