T71 secures 1st place / All play-off matchups

The 20th and final game day has been played in the women’s LBBL.

Musel Pikes – T71 Dudelange 64:82
– T71 takes the 1st place in the standings with a 19:1 record. They will face today’s opponent Musel Pikes in the first round
– Faith Ehi Etute had 20 points and 20 rebounds
– Mikayla Ferenz scored a game-high 39 points, the Pikes only had 6 points scored by JICL-players

Etzella Ettelbruck – Gréngewald Hueschtert 70:87
– Gréngewald finishes the regular season in second seed with a 18:2 record, Etzella will participate in the play-down
– Shanavia Dowdell scored 27 points to lead the guests in a game that the « Greens » dominated from the start

Sparta Bertrange – AB Contern 73:59
– Sparta takes the 3rd place in the standings and will face Amicale in the 1/4 finals, Contern finishes 5th and will play against Résidence
– Sparta took control of the game with a 27:10 first quarter, Martha Burse and Jovana Jaksic scored 20+ points to lead the team

Amicale Steinsel – Les Sangliers Wiltz 87:66
– Amicale finishes the regular season 11:9 and in 6th place, Wiltz will compete in the play-down
– All Amicale-starters scored in double digits as the hosts hit 13 threes

Basket Esch – AS Zolwer 82:76
– Basket Esch enters the play-offs as the number 7 seed, Zolwer will participate in the play-down
– Tatsiana Likhtarovich posted 26 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists, Rocana Burgund added 18 points
