T71 leads the « best-of-3 »-series against Amicale 1:0. On Saturday, T71 showed a great performance to protect home-court. After leading the game 46:34 at the break, the team of coach Jérôme Altmann played consistent basketball in the second half and did not let Amicale get back into reach. On Saturday, T71 was clearly the better team in the first meeting of the series.

– Shalonda Winton was unstoppable in the first half, she had 19 points at the break, T71 was up 46:34 after 20 minutes, Laina Snyder also scored 19 first half points
– T71 hit 8 shots from behind the arc in the first half and was also succesful with drives to the basket, even if they did shoot a free-throw in the first 2 quarters
– T71 continued to play strong in the third quarter but Amicale stayed in the game, expecially with some 3-point-shots by Snyder and Wurtz.
– Snyder (33) and Wurtz (17) combined for 50 points while 4 T71-players (Winton, Gianotti, Mreches, Mossong) scored 14+ points, Winton (25) and Gianotti (25) combined 50 points
– T71 hit 15 3-pointers
