Last weekend, our U18 girls played against the U18 team from the Netherlands. The FLBB team played extremely well on Saturday and was able to win the game 76:64 after playing together very well. In offense, the team of coach Rumen Galabov was well organized and in defense, they played aggressive to win against the strong opponent.
On Sunday, our girls played well once again but just came up short 80:81 in the end because of some turnovers after controlling the game for most parts. This is something that the girls will have to work on in the future. In general, the girls showed that they are able to compete at this high level.
