Our U18 girls will play the European Championship (Division B) in Alytus and Vilnius (Lithuania) from Friday July 4th until July 13th.

„Due to the tournament’s early start – due to the upcoming U19 World Championship – the players’ preparation period was short but intense. The young athletes mastered the challenge of balancing school and basketball with great discipline and commitment.
During the preparation, the team played six friendly matches: two against Carolo Basket, two in Bulgaria, and two against Ireland. These matches provided valuable match practice and helped the team prepare tactically and mentally for the European Championship.
The team is looking forward to the tournament with anticipation and is ready to represent Luxembourg with fighting spirit and team spirit. In the first match on July 4, the team will face the Netherlands – a physically strong team with a significant size advantage. But the Luxembourg players are determined to fight back with heart and commitment.“
