Our U20 women were able to grab another win, the second in three games, by beating Kosovo 91:57.
Kim Sowa scored a game-high 19 points, 4 players scored in double digits for the FLBB-squad.

We did the necessary thing to achieve our objective in this game. We started the game with the right spirit / focus which made our mission easier. The defense was the key and our players knew it, they succeeded to guard their best players and limited the passes to them which allowed us to control the game – raise the gap and try a couple of new things in defense. Defensively and offensively, the performance and the effort of the team was great and that’s why we deserved the win.
We stay focus for the last game and the girls are determined to represent the luxembourgish basketball in the right way.
– Coaching staff –
We went into the game with a different mindset than yesterday‘s game because we wanted to win and so we did the right things to accomplish it. In our offense we played our set plays through and read their defense very well. Defensively we kept their two main scorers under 10 points which made it difficult for them to get into a rhythm.
Overall we played more consistent and continued to increase our lead throughout the whole game.
