Coaching stuff
Huge important win for our squad vs home team Macedonia. The team was extremely motivated, ambitious and decisive. Every player followed the instructions given by the coaching staff. We are delighted to start this competition with a win and hopefully we will improve our basketball level game by game in order to reach our set goals.

Julie Nilles
We started the game with great energy, we put the opponent under pressure with a full court press, which allowed us to score easy baskets. Compared to our preparation games we controlled the rebounds offensively and defensively. Although we had many steals we struggled to make our easy layups in the first half which kept us from increasing our lead. However we came out strong in the second half and everbody took offensive responsibility. We took the right decisions at the right moment, so that we had a comfortable lead at the end. It was our great team effort and bench that made us take the extra step and grab the win.
