On Wednesday-evening, two very thrilling games are scheduled in the women’s 1/4-finals of the play-offs.
The series between Gréngewald and Contern as well as the series between Résidence and Basket Esch are tied at 1:1. The winner of the decisive game 3 will enter the semi-finals! The number 2 seed Résidence and the number 4 seed Gréngewald have home court advantage in this game. So far, all 4 games were won by the home team.

Gréngewald only made 1 shot from outside the arc in game 2 in Contern and still could have won the game in the end but Paige Bradley (26 points) and Bridget Herlihy (21) led their team to a victory and forced a game 3. Now it will be interesting to see how the « greens » will try to slow down both professional players of the guests on Wednesday.
