It is GAMEDAY for our women’s national team! In the second game of the 2027 Eurobasket Qualfiers, Luxembourg will face Israel on the road, the game will be played in Riga.
After a convincing 69:53 victory against Ireland to start the Qualifiers , the team of head coach Patrick Unger knows that the second game will be much more difficult. Israel was able to win its first game of the competition 98:91 against Bosnia Herzegovina. In the FIBA world rankings, Israel is ranked 52nd, 2 places ahead of Luxembourg.
