On Tuesday evening, the women’s national team played the third game of the 2027 Eurobasket Qualifiers. At the Coque in Kirchberg, in front of 1100 spectators, Luxembourg dominated the game from the start and won 75:39.
The FLBB team jumped out to a 15:2 lead and simply overpowered the opponent from Bosnia, especially under the baskets with a huge rebounding advantage. With a blanced team effort, Luxembourg went on to take a 46:23 lead at the break.
Luxembourg did not allow the guests to fight back into the game in the second half and won the game with a large margin and multiple players in double digits. Overall, Luxembourg showed a great team effort to grad the second victory of the qualifiers.
Magaly Meynadier led Luxembourg with 19 points, Isi Etute added 17 while Dionne Madjo scored 14 points for Luxembourg.
