Amicale Steinsel will host the promoted team Kordall Steelers on Friday evening. A new era begins in Steinsel after the career end of Bob Melcher. Other players have to step up, coach Daniel Brandao and his team have high ambitions while the Steelers want to start the season with a surprise and an exclamation mark.
On Saturday, 5 games are on the schedule. League champion Etzella Ettelbruck will start the season on the road in Mamer while vice-champion T71 Dudelange will host Contern. Both finalists of last season (Etzella and T71) are considered the main favorites once again, victories to start the season are scheduled for both clubs.
