The Luxembourgish sports press has nominated athletes, teams and coaches for the traditional awards night on December 4th.
Basketball is represented with plenty of candidates. In the women’s athlete of the year award, Anne Simon and Magaly Meynadier are part of the 12 female athletes on the list. The women’s national team is part of 7 teams nominated in the category « team of the year », the FLBB selection is the current price holder in this category. Mariusz Dziurdzia is one of 5 coaches nominated in the category « coach of the year ».
