On Saturday, the play-offs 2025/26 started with the first game of the women’s semi finals and the first game of the men’s quarter finals. Furthermore, the men’s play-down started with game day 1.

– Clancy Rugg led a balanced Esch-offense with 19 points, Amicale shot only 32 percent in this game

Arantia Larochette – T71 Dudelange 86:88

– Without injured forward Joe Kalmes, Maurice Calloo (27 points), Jimmie Lee Taylor (26) and Denell Stephens (14) were able to help Dudelange grab a road victory to start the play-offs
– Arantia had one last chance to tie the game, but could not use an intentionally missed free-throw (video)

Sparta Bertrange – Résidence Walfer 83:87
– Résidence leads the best-of-3 series 1:0
– Walfer led 56:41 at the break and managed to answer every Sparta-run in the second half including a late run in the final minute, John Sljachert led the guests with 36 points
