On Thursday evening, Anne Simon and Magnolia Campobasso played the second game of the best-of-3 quarter finals series against Roseto. After losing the first game 56:58 at home, Campobasso lost the second game 54:59 on the road and is eliminated from the play-offs.
The season ends very early for Campobasso, the team had higher ambitions and wanted to compete fot the title. Campobasso, the number 3 seed after the regular season, scored only 12 points in the first half of the game. A strong combeack finally fell short in the end.
