Steelers win key game and take 8th place (video highlights)

On Saturday evening, game day 20 was on the schedule in the men’s Enovos League.

Racing Luxembourg – Etzella Ettelbruck 71:89 
– Etzella improves to 16:4, Racing’s record falls to 5:15 and the team is out of the play-off race
– Nicholas Davis (29 points) and Adrian Delph (27) led Etzella to a road victory
– Etzella hit 14 threes (14/32), Racing only 2 (2/21)

Kordall Steelers – Mambra Mamer 91:84
– The Kordall Steelers improve to 8:12, take the 8th place and win the direct comparison against Mamer (7:13)
– Robertas Jonaitis scored 35 points to lead the guests to a key victory

Musel Pikes – AB Contern 91:69
– The Pikes end a long losing streak of 15 championship games and improve to 4:16, Contern’s record drops to 1:19 on the bottom of the standings
– Jaylen Key led the Pikes with 27 points while Konan Oth added 22 and 19 rebounds

Résidence Walfer – Basket Esch 102:72
– Résidence improves to 10:10 and qualifies for the play-offs, Esch has a 12:8 record after this loss
– Esch played without Clancy Rugg and Jordan Hicks
– Walfer had 7 players with at least 8 points, Brendan Bailey led the team with 27 points

T71 Dudelange – Arantia Larochette 79:92
– Arantia stays co-leader with a 17:3 record, T71 is in 6th place with a 11:9 record
– Kevon Godwin led the guests with 35 points

Amicale Steinsel – Sparta Bertrange 69:77
– Sparta (17:3) remains on top of the league standings, Amicale’s record drops to 12:8
– Victor Iwuakor (23 points, 18 rebounds), Yannick Verbeelen (19 points) and Max Logelin (18 points) had strong games for the guests
