Scott Morton will play in a different basketball club next season after he announced that he will not play at Racing after 9 straight seasons in the country’s capital.
Morton clearly had a lot of highlight-plays over his career in Luxembourg, but his most special play actually came back in his senior year of college. After knocking down a 3-pointer late in the game, Morton hit a game-winner falling on the floor and throwing the ball backwards towards the basket. You can see the play in the video.
Asked if he remembers that play, Morton says: „I know that it was my senior year in College. I don’t remember much to be honest, I think instinct just kicked in. Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good too.“
