Sparta had a perfect double weekend with 2 wins while T71 lost both games last weekend so that Sparta will enter the game with more momentum. T71 (1:2) will have a chance to tie with Sparta (2:1) in the standings with a home win.
Basket Esch – Contern
The ubeaten leader Esch want sto continue its strong debut against a Contern-team that comes off a heart-breaking loss at the buzzer against Hesperange and their record (1:2) already puts a little bit of pressure on the team even it is still early in the season.
Amicale – Résidence
The derby is a great chance for Amicale (0:3) to show a better perfromance than in the last 2 games when the team struggled and did not score 50 points. Résidence is entering this game as the favorite because they have started the season well (2:1).
Musel Pikes – Racing
Both teams are winless (0:3) which makes this game very important, the loser will be alone at the bottom of the standings.
Sunday:
Etzella – Arantia
Both teams have 2 wins and 1 loss. Arantia wants to show a reaction after a clear loss against Basket Esch last Sunday.
In the women’s Total League, 5 games are scheduled.

Amicale – Résidence
Amicale has lost all 3 games to start the season, definitely a poor start for a team that is trying to compete for a title. They face a difficult challenge against a team from Walferdange that has had a good start with 2 wins out of 3 games.
T71 – Contern
Champion T71 is the only unbeaten team in the league. At home, they face a team from Contern that is confident after winning 2 out of 3 games so far this season.
Musel Pikes – Wiltz
The Musel Pikes come off a perfect weekend with 2 wins and try to continue the winning streak against the promoted challenger from Wiltz. The guests have already won a game and have shown that they are competitive in the highest league.
Basket Esch – Sparta
Sparta will play a second game within 3 days after playing against Gréngewald on Thursday-evening. Basket Esch is looking for a second victory this season.
Sunday:
Etzella – Gréngewald
After playing a game on Thursday against Sparta, Gréngewald will play their second game in 3 days. However, the guests are still the favorite to beat a winless team from Ettelbruck that is still trying to find the right chemistry.
